With over 25 years of passion and expertise in hairstyling, I am Leah Edwards, a dedicated artist committed to enhancing natural beauty and fostering genuine connections. From my early days spent experimenting with hair and makeup to continuous education in NYC's vibrant scene, my journey has been a testament to my unwavering love for the craft.
What sets my work apart is a personalized approach, starting with detailed consultations that allow me to understand and fulfill each client's unique needs. Whether it's crafting fringes, precision scissor and razor cuts, lived-in colors, or stunning brunettes and blondes, I specialize in creating a look that not only aligns with current trends but also reflects the individuality of each client.
Beyond the salon, I am a mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend. I can be seen around the community supporting my children and their friends at various activities. My love for family, music, the beach, and occasional hikes instills a sense of balance and appreciation for life's beauty. This connection to the earth and focus on relationships seamlessly translate into the art I create, fostering a welcoming environment where clients feel at home in my chair.

Hello, I'm Andrea, a salon owner and hairstylist with a journey rooted in the American Dream. Originally from Peru, my family's pursuit of a brighter future brought us to America, where I discovered my passion for beauty and hair.
With unwavering dedication throughout my beauty industry career, I find immense pleasure in transforming clients, ensuring their salon experience is truly unforgettable. From a beginner to a salon manager, my incredible clients, who feel like family, have witnessed my growth.
Recognized as one of the region's gifted young stylists, I teamed up with my mentor Leah to establish Maven and Mane Salon. Our shared vision focuses on inclusivity, kindness, empowerment, education, and honesty, creating a second home for all.
As a business proprietor, I blend my passion for the industry with a management background, emphasizing lived-in hair, natural colors, blondes, brunettes, facial threading, waxing, and keratin treatments. Maven & Mane isn't just a salon; it's a sanctuary of beauty, camaraderie, and dreams fulfilled—a place where both clients and staff thrive.
Beyond beauty, you'll find me playing with my goldendoodles, Lola and Harold, experimenting in the kitchen, and cherishing moments with my supportive husband, parents, and brother. Maven & Mane is not just my salon; it's a haven where everyone leaves feeling confident, beautiful, and embraced.
Jessica Burkit
Level 2 Stylist
My name is Jessica Burkit, and I bring 24 years of experience as a stylist in the Lehigh Valley. My passion lies in the art of color and textured razor cuts, and I believe that adding a touch of fairy hair can make each day a bit more magical. I have refined my skills through advanced training at the Wella Studio and Bumble and Bumble in New York City, constantly seeking to stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in the industry.
Throughout my career, I have developed a reputation for my genuine approach and dedication to open communication. I take the time to understand each client's unique needs and preferences, ensuring that every visit is a truly personalized experience. Whether you're looking for a fresh new look or maintaining your current style, I am committed to helping you achieve your hair goals with precision and creativity.
Lauren Paparo
Level 1B Stylist
Hi, I’m Lauren! I’ve been passionate about the art of hairstyling since graduating beauty school in 2019—a love that was inspired by my grandmother, who was also a hairdresser. I specialize in lived-in color, highlights, kids’ cuts, men’s cuts, and blowouts, and I’m always committed to ongoing education so I can bring the latest techniques and trends to my clients.
One of my favorite parts of this career is working with young girls, helping them build confidence and feel beautiful through their hair. My goal is to create personalized, relaxing experiences that leave every client not only looking their best, but feeling their best too.
Sandy Rincon
Level 1A Stylist
Hi, I’m Sandy! I’ve always loved the way a great haircut or blowout can completely change how someone feels, and that’s what inspired me to become a stylist. I specialize in layered haircuts and blowouts—whether you love big, bouncy volume or a sleek, smooth finish. I also enjoy working with color retouches, highlights, silk presses, keratin smoothing treatments, barbering, and facial waxing.
For me, it’s not just about the hair—it’s about helping you feel confident, refreshed, and cared for every time you leave my chair. I’m so excited to be part of the Maven & Mane family, and I can’t wait to meet you
Hailey Costello
Jr. Stylist/Assistant
Hi, I’m Hailey! I’m a Junior Stylist here at Maven & Mane, and I love helping my clients feel relaxed, refreshed, and confident in their look. My favorite part of the salon experience is at the shampoo bowl—giving a luxurious wash and head massage that clients tell me they look forward to every time.
Behind the chair, I’m all about creating a fun, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere where you can unwind and enjoy some self-care. I love styling hair in ways that feel fresh and effortless, and making sure you leave the salon not only looking great, but feeling even better.
Outside of the salon, I’m a huge Taylor Swift fan (yes, I’ll happily swap concert stories or sing along while we work on your hair!). Just like Taylor’s music, I believe hair has the power to tell your story—and I love being part of that journey with each client who sits in my chair.
Emma Liebert
Apprentice/Assistant
Hi, I’m Emma! I’m a Stylist Apprentice here at Maven & Mane, and I’m so excited to be growing my career in such a supportive and inspiring environment. As an apprentice, I’m focused on learning from our talented team while also taking clients at select times to practice and refine my skills.
I love working with blonding and highlights, creating soft, natural looks that make my clients feel bright and confident. Clients also tell me how much they enjoy my relaxing scalp massages at the shampoo bowl—it’s one of my favorite ways to help people unwind and feel cared for during their visit.
A little about me outside of the salon: I enjoy spending time with friends and family, trying out new restaurants, and keeping up with the latest beauty and style trends. I’m passionate about continuing my education and pushing myself to grow, both personally and professionally.
Amya Patterson
Apprentice/Assistant
Hi, I’m Amya! I’m currently a Stylist Apprentice here at Maven & Mane, where I’m learning, growing, and building my skills every day under the guidance of our amazing team. I love being part of a salon that values kindness, inclusivity, and education—it’s the perfect place for me to start my career in this industry.
So far, some of my favorite services to practice are blowouts, keratin treatments and curly hair. I’m excited to keep refining my craft and eventually grow into a Junior Stylist role where I can take on even more clients of my own.
When I’m not at the salon, you can usually find me hiking or spending time in nature, hanging out with my family, or watching TV shows, movies, and anime. I’m also a big fan of horror movies, TikTok, and music—there’s always a playlist running in the background when I’m at home.
I’m so excited for this journey, and I can’t wait to continue growing behind the chair while helping clients feel as beautiful and confident as they truly are!
